Taught by well-known communications expert Sparks31, the III% Survivalist Course is a combination of his beginner and intermediate comms courses. Please note that these are not basic ham licensing courses. While you don’t have to have a ham license to take the class, this is a more advanced course and will teach more advanced topics.
